How will the purchase appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will show the purchase from 'JSPLTD'. "London Stock Photos" is the trading name of JS Photo & Video Services Ltd. VAT (Value Added Tax) will be added to purchases made from the UK. The VAT reverse charge will apply to sales to the EU (please enter your VAT number at checkout to reduce your VAT to zero), and no VAT will be added outside of Europe.
Is there anything else I need to know about image usage?
All images are priced on the basis of them being used within your own organization (or licensed on behalf of your client), and not for resale or giveaway. If the images will be sold in any format (e.g., templates, t-shirts, etc.), you simply need to purchase the largest size we have available, and that covers you for such usage.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes, many of our clients choose to set up a corporate account. For this, we simply need your business details and a purchase order number so that we can invoice you monthly for the images you download. Another option is to maintain a credit balance with us: you deposit funds and download the images you require – we'll then send you a monthly statement of your balance and image downloads.
Can I download low-resolution proofs?
Yes, you can! If you'd like to download low-resolution proofs to test in your projects, simply click on the "Low-Res File" button to the left of the image. If you open an account, you can also save your images to your Lightbox.
How do I complete my purchase?
After adding the image to your cart, you can continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout. There, you can pay using your credit card. Once payment has been processed, you will automatically receive a link to download all your images.
How do I purchase an image?
It's quite simple! Once you've found an image you like, click on the green "BUY" button located to the left of every photo. There, you'll be able to select the size of image you require and view its price. Prices start at £10 (approximately $13) for the smallest images and go up to £100 ($130) for the largest ones. Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button to the right of the chosen size. Alternatively, you can select a photographic print to be delivered directly to you.
